We have picked 40 RPN’s to help develop the RPN job description with the region.  We are hoping to get a bump up with the Joint Job evaluation committee, which in turn helps to increase wages. We have picked long and short years of service RPN’s, and if contacted we encourage you to be truthful and help anyway you can.  We have brought forward your concerns and suggestions from our meeting in May and are finally getting some answers.  This is a start.
